The development of the project from the early stages, FIBERGROUP  defines a work team in which all company functions are represented (engineering, quality assurance, manufacturing). Defining an operative master plan that enables verification that all activities related to project development are being carried out within the scheduled periods is also one of the most important initial phases. In fact, well-defined project development guidelines, a close partnership with customer and sharing common targets in terms of mutual competencies and responsibilities, are crucial to achieving positive results.

The project  is monitored by the FIBERGROUP  team using a 'visible planning' method in compliance with the company's lean organization procedures, while project development is carried out on a 3D CAD Pro-Engineer system.

Fibergroup can produce stamp in hard glass material with traditional method, or in aluminum by internal milling machine .

Our technology is very cheaper is not necessary high  tooling investments and also very short delivery time, in fact the lead time to produce a tooling  by milling machine are 10/ 15 days from the design by 3D CAD Pro
